Cloudpermit Support – Cloudpermit offers an online support portal to users, the ability to access online tutorial resources and view periodical release notes of updates to the Cloudpermit Platform and new features the program offers. 

 Requirements for sign permit application
  • Materials the sign is made of and specific colour in the heritage district
  • Font style is welcome to be noted especially in the heritage district
  • Lighting details, if any
  • A building façade showing the proposed sign imposed to scale and showing the dimension (width) (often the building often the size of the sign is related to building façade length)
  • Details of how the sign will be mounted to the building
  • A cross section showing the projection dimension of the sign from the face of the building and height above the sidewalk, if necessary

If your sign requires a variance from the provisions in the Sign By-law, there is an added fee of $290 per review. If you put up your sign before a permit has been issued, you are subject to double the applicable fee.
