Uxbridge Council has approved the use of Internet Voting for the 2026 Election.

Specific details regarding how to cast your vote will be contained in the voter information letter, which will be mailed to all registered electors.

For voters

The voter’s list will be prepared on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.  If you want to add, remove, or change your listed information on or after September 1, you must contact your municipal clerk.  The Clerks Department can be reached at 905-852-9181 or by emailing election@uxbridge.ca

Voting day is October 26, 2026.

For candidates

The nomination period begins on May 1, 2026 8:30am.

The deadline to file a nomination to be candidate for Mayor, Council or School Board Trustee is August 21, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

For third party advertisers

The nomination period begins on May 1, 2026 at 8:30am.

The deadline to register to be a third-party advertiser is October 23, 2026 at 4:30pm.
