Indoor Walking Trail Makes Its Return!

Trail opens Monday, January 9th at Uxbridge Secondary School

With the winter months upon us, many residents look forward to staying active while at the same time staying warm. The Township of Uxbridge offers an indoor walking trail at Uxbridge Secondary School on Monday and Wednesday evenings to provide a safe and accessible fitness opportunity throughout the winter season. Strollers and mobility devices are welcome. Recreation staff are on hand to register newcomers.

The walking trail is open between 6:00 and 8:00pm on Mondays and Wednesdays except for holidays and school closures.

Participants can pay each time they go for a $4.00 drop-in fee (cash only) or purchase a membership for $30.00. Those interested in pre-registering for a membership can do so online at ActiveNet or in-person at the Uxpool (1 Parkside Drive). The indoor walking trail is offered until March 29th, 2023.
