THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UXBRIDGE

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Township of Uxbridge proposes to enact a By-law to convey the following described lands:

Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Uxbridge; designated as Part 5 on 40R-32886; Township of Uxbridge

and

Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Uxbridge; designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-32886, Township of Uxbridge

FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Township Council at its regular meeting held on June 16, 2025, declared the aforementioned lands to be surplus to the needs of the municipality. A copy of the plan showing the location of the lands may be viewed in the Office of the Clerk.
