THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF UXBRIDGE PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Township of Uxbridge proposes to enact a By-law to convey the following described lands:

Part of Lot 20 Concession 6, Uxbridge, being Part 2 on 40R31938 Township of Uxbridge

and

Part Lots 19 & 20 Concession 6 Uxbridge Parts 1, 4 & 5 40R32373 together with an easement over Part Lots 19 & 20 Concession 6 Parts 1 & 2 40R24029 as in DR524220 subject to an easement over Part 5 40R32373 in favour of Part Lots 19 & 20 Concession 6 Uxbridge Part 1 40R10576 save and except Parts 1 & 2 40R24029 and Parts 1, 4 & 5 40R32373 as in DR2296231 Township of Uxbridge

FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Township Council at its regular meeting held on January 13, 2025, declared by Resolution No. 2025-01 the aforementioned lands to be surplus to the needs of the municipality.  A copy of the plan showing the location of the lands may be viewed in the Office of the Clerk.
