Water sample drop-off

The Township of Uxbridge offices serve as a location for residents to pick up empty water sample bottles, and to store submitted water samples - Public Health Peterborough undertakes the actual sampling. Sample bottles and a mini bar fridge (for storing gathered water samples) are located inside the main double-door vestibule of the Municipal Offices (beyond the bear sculpture) located at 51 Toronto St. S., Uxbridge, ON.

Water samples must be received by the Ministry within 24 hours of the sampling date; it is therefore recommended that residents drop their sample to the Township offices closer to closing or opening times. Township of Uxbridge office hours are Monday to Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Water samples are picked up by Public Health staff by 9:45 a.m. weekdays.
