• Library to Host Fraud Prevention Workshop for Seniors
  The Uxbridge Library is hosting a workshop for Seniors about on-line fraud on Feb. 9th. Pre-registration is recommended.
• Township Releases Video Summarizing 2023 Accomplishments
  The 2023 Township of Uxbridge Accomplishments video is now available to view. The video highlights information available in the 2023 Accomplishments Report.
• Autofest coming to Elgin Park in 2024

The Township of Uxbridge had a productive year in 2023 and has prepared a short video highlighting the Township’s annual achievements.

2nd Avenue Tree Removal to Commence February-March 2024

The Township, in partnership with Lake Simcoe Regional Conservation Authority, will be removing trees from the meadow area located on the North side of 2nd Avenue, between Rosena Lane & Bolster Lane, in late February/early March as part of a restoration project.

In an effort to restore this area, Manitoba Maples, an invasive species which prevents the growth of other species, will be removed from the meadow. The removal will be conducted with a mulching machine, removing the trees while leaving...
