Proof of Vaccination to Enter Township Recreation Facilities Begins Sept. 22nd
The Township of Uxbridge is advising residents that effective Wednesday, September 22, 2021, proof of vaccination will be required to enter the following Township facilities as part of Ontario’s Proof of Vaccination Policy:
- Uxbridge Arena and Community Hall
Entry to all other Township facilities remain unchanged at this time.

Beginning Friday, July 16th, the Township of Uxbridge office will re-open to the public. The offices will be open Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 4:30pm.
In order to protect the public and staff, the following protocols are in effect:
- All visitors to Town Hall will be screened prior to entry and must wear a face mask while at the facility. Contact tracing is in effect.
- Movement within the facility will be restricted by directional arrows and visitors will be asked to follow physical distancing...

Durham Region Health Department is expanding vaccine eligibility to individuals 12 years and older. Bookings for this eligibility group will be available starting May 25 at 9 p.m. To book appointments, visit www.durham.ca/vaccineappointment or call 1-888-444-5113. Identification with date of birth is required. Individuals must be 12 years or older at the time of appointment.
