Heat Warning Issued for Uxbridge and Durham Region July 5-6th

Environment Canada issued a heat warning commencing July 5th – 6th for the Township of Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Daytime maximum temperatures are expected to be near 31 degrees Celsius with humidex values near 40.

Residents seeking relief from the heat may visit the Uxbridge Public Library during regular business hours. Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

The Splash Pad is also open daily from 9:00a.m.-9:00p.m.
