The Province of Ontario has activated the Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) program for Township of Uxbridge residents who qualify.
This program can help property owners/tenants recover costs after a natural disaster including:
- clean up expenses
- costs to repair or replace essential property
- basic emergency expenses
You can apply if the affected property is in the activation area and if you are in one of the following categories:

The Regional Municipality of Durham continues to experience yard waste collection delays in the Town of Ajax, Township of Brock, Municipality of Clarington, City of Pickering, Township of Scugog and Township of Uxbridge.
